Elected Sports Executive in 2015 by the Maquina do Esporte, Cesar played college tennis and studied Business and Communication at Concordia University, California. He began his career at Lagardère Sports in Washington DC, where he worked in the tennis division for 4 years. Back in the Brazilian market, he launched IMM, a JV between Mubadala and IMG, where he launched the Talent Department and served as vice president. Cesar was responsible for the success and rise of Gabriel Medina who became World Surfing Champion in 2014 and included as TIME’s 100 most influential people in the world. He also managed a team of athletes including F1 driver Felipe Nasr and Thiago Silva (Paris Saint-Germain and Brazil’s National Team Captain in the 2014 World Cup). During his career Cesar also negotiated deals for athletes like Neymar Jr and 3-time Roland Garros tennis champion Gustavo Kuerten. Cesar participated actively in the creation of the largest tennis tournament in Latin America, the Rio Open (ATP 500) and also the commercial negotiation of different sporting events. After 9 years of experience in the largest sport management groups in the world, he joined Marc Lemann to start Go4it and also Go4it Capital.

Has an Economics degree and an MBA in Corporate Finance. He began his career in the financial market in an investment fund called Tempo Capital. He adds his experience with a solid performance in the sports segment and in the fashion retail market. After working at Inbrands, a holding company of Vinci Partners Bank, Bruno was chosen to be the first CFO of IMM, Joint Venture between IMG and Mubadala, contributing to its rapid growth. Years ago, as Controller of Esporte Interativo, he helped structure all the financial area of ​​the famous TV channel as it launched in 2007. Bruno was also COO at a technology investment holding in Brazil.

Has a Business degree and a Masters in Marketing and Product Management. Fernanda has 18 years of professional experience in Marketing with emphasis on Business, Branding and Corporate Communication. Passing through Oi and SporTV, she led the construction of the Embratel / Claro sports platform, where she worked for 8 years. Ahead of the company’s sponsorship management, Fernanda led the IDB’s winning bid for Telecom for the Rio 2016 Olympic Games and all strategic activation planning.

Studied Business at Concordia University Irvine, where he was part of the Varsity Tennis team. He began his career in sport at IMG Brasil, where he worked on the planning, coordination and execution of Visa sponsorship activations for the 2014 FIFA World Cup. Following the FIFA World Cup, he joined the Rio 2016 Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Games where he was responsible for overseeing 13 National Olympic Committees of the Americas. Prior to his career in sport, Felipe was in the financial industry for 4 years acting as a broker in London for Willis Towers Watson.

At the age of 14, he designed and launched a social tourism network with the goal of promoting tourism in Goiás, his hometown. The project was chosen by an incubator company from the Goiás State University. After that, he focused on his passion, the eSports segment, where he has a great knowledge of the market, being one of the founders of Cursor eSports, which in now Go4it eSports. With his creative and modern profile, João has been creating innovative projects for the company.

Gabriel holds an Advertising degree from PUC-Rio and a master degree in Sports Management & Marketing from IBMEC-RJ. He has 8 years of experience in the eSports market and was one of the founders of Cursor eSports, which now Go4it eSports, where he acts as Head of Brands and Products. With his extensive knowledge in the eSports market, he contributed tremendously on the creation of the Premio eSports Brasil. In addition, he manages both Flamengo eSports and the Submarino eSports teams which has been regarding and one of the most innovative projects in the Brazilian market.
